Memory that carries between conversations
Client work and admin, and the life around the business as well. Say something once and it does not have to be said again.

How it works
From the first call to the handover, so you always know what is happening and who is doing it.
Half an hour about what the thing has to do and who it is for, usually enough to know whether it is a fit. You talk to Oz for this one, not to me.
Scope, timeline and what you will actually receive, written down before anything is designed. It is short, and it is the thing we both point at later.
A direction to react to first, then the build. You see it while it is still easy to change, rather than at the end when it is not.
The finished work, the files, and a handover session so you can run it yourself. Nothing is left sitting behind a login only we have.
Questions get answered and small changes get made after launch. If you would rather not touch it at all, there is a monthly option that covers edits and hosting.
FAQs
Anything not covered here is a short call away.
It starts with a call about what the site has to do. Then a direction to react to, then the build, then a handover where you learn to run it yourself. Most of the work happens in the middle, and you see it as it goes rather than at the end.
They are the process, not an exception to it. Work is shared while it is still easy to change, and the round of notes after each stage is expected rather than counted.
What you sell, who buys it, and anything you already have — logo, photographs, copy, a site you like. If some of that does not exist yet, that is a normal starting point.
Both, and you will always know which. I hold the detail between conversations, so you are never starting again from the beginning. Anything about the work itself goes to Oz and comes back from him.
You own the site and can edit it. If you would rather not, there is a monthly option that covers edits, hosting and keeping things current.
Phone or email. A short call answers more than a long thread, so most things start there.
