Custom pools · New Mexico

The best room in the house has no roof.

Custom pools, spas and outdoor living for high-desert homes. Designed around your lot, your light, and the evenings you actually want to spend out there.

  • Own crews from excavation to handover
  • Structural warranty on every shell
  • Weekly photo updates while we are on site

Who we are

We build maybe twenty pools a year, on purpose.

Enough to keep two crews busy and small enough that the person who drew your pool is standing in your yard the week it is dug. There is no version of this where you are handed to a subcontractor and wished luck.

Why homeowners choose us

Four things we will not compromise on.

01

Built to last

Engineered shells, over-specified steel, and a structural warranty that outlives the trend.

02

One crew, start to finish

The people who dig it are the people who finish it. No subcontracted handoffs.

03

On the day we said

A dated schedule at signing, and a weekly photo update while we are on site.

04

After the water goes in

Service plans, equipment care, and a phone number that a human answers.

How it goes

Four stages, and you know the date of each one.

Most of the anxiety in a pool build is not knowing what happens next. So we tell you, in writing, before anything is dug.

01

Site visit

We walk the yard, look at drainage, sun and access, and tell you what the lot will and will not allow.

02

Design & engineering

A drawn plan, a fixed scope and a dated schedule before anyone signs anything.

03

Build

Excavation, steel, gunite, tile, deck and equipment, with a weekly photo update.

Filled, balanced, and walked through until you know what every switch does.

What homeowners say

Invented for this demo, like everything else here.

They found a drainage problem on the first visit that two other builders had missed. That is the whole reason we went with them.

Marisol A. · Rio Rancho

The weekly photos meant I never had to chase anyone. I always knew exactly where the build was.

Dane W. · North Valley

Six years on, the tile line still looks like the day they finished it.

Questions

The ones we get asked first.

Most builds run ten to sixteen weeks from excavation to fill, depending on access, weather and how much stonework is involved. You get a dated schedule before signing, and we tell you the day it moves.

A straightforward gunite pool starts in the mid five figures. Vanishing edges, extensive stone, spas and outdoor kitchens move it up from there. We price the drawing, not a guess, so the number you get is the number you pay.

Yes. High-desert winters are mild enough to build through, and winter starts often mean the pool is ready before the season rather than during it.

Our own crews do the excavation, steel, gunite and finish. We use specialist trades only for electrical and gas, and they are the same two firms on every job.

The shell carries a structural warranty and the equipment carries its manufacturer warranty. Service plan or not, you call the same number and a person answers it.

A site visit costs nothing and takes about forty minutes. You will leave it knowing what your lot allows, roughly what it costs, and when we could start.
