Last updated: July 30, 2026. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms plus basic click attribution, we use it to send you the report and follow up about our services, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email, business name, and website when you request a free visibility report.
- Attribution: when you arrive through one of our tracked links or QR codes, we record which one (a short source code), so we know which flyer or post reached you.
- Basic request data: approximate location (city level) and time of your submission, provided by our hosting platform (Cloudflare).
- Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read and on what kind of device. It sets cookies and tells us about traffic in aggregate — how many people, from roughly where, arriving from which link. We don't use it to build advertising profiles or to retarget you.
We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we don't sell or share what we collect for advertising.
Your report pages are excluded from analytics entirely. Those carry your business name in the address, and we keep them out of any third-party product.
How we use it
- To produce and send your free visibility report.
- To follow up with you about the report and our services.
- To understand which of our outreach channels actually work.
What we never do
We never sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to third-party marketing lists.
Where it lives
Form submissions and click data are stored with Cloudflare (our hosting and storage provider) and, for leads, in our customer-relationship system. Lead notifications are also delivered to us privately via Telegram.
Your choices
Ask us anytime to see or delete what we hold about you: reply to any email we've sent you and ask. Unsubscribing from our emails always works with one click.
