These terms are a contract between you and Oz & Mazix LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Beautiful Possibilities ("we", "us", "our"), 1710 Sterling Drive, Redding, CA 96003.
They cover the Get Found, Get Chosen, and Get Growing plans. Written in plain English on purpose — plain doesn't mean less binding.
1. Agreeing to these terms
When you tick the agreement box at checkout and submit payment, you are entering into this contract. That tick is your electronic signature, and you agree it has the same legal effect as a signature on paper. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
We record the version of these terms you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address the agreement came from.
2. The services
- Get Found — listing ($97/mo): we optimise and maintain your Google Business Profile, run the review system, and send you a monthly plain-English visibility report.
- Get Chosen — website + listing ($297/mo): everything in Get Found, plus we design, build, host, secure, and maintain a fast business website that is yours. You approve content and supply photos.
- Get Growing — full, SEO optimised ($597/mo): everything in Get Chosen, plus a 20+ page site and monthly keyword-targeted SEO content.
Each plan has a one-time setup fee that covers the build: $297, $1,497, and $2,497 respectively. The plan names, prices, and setup fees shown to you at checkout are the ones that apply.
3. Fees, billing, and your payment authorisation
Authorisation for recurring payments
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method the monthly plan fee automatically, on the same day each month, until you cancel. On plans that include a website you also authorise us to charge the setup fee to that card when you approve a design — see the section below, which sets out exactly when each charge happens. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Plans that include a website: nothing is charged until you approve a design
If your plan includes a website, we charge you nothing when you sign up. We take your card details and hold them, then send you design concepts for your business. Nothing is charged unless and until you approve a design — if you don't like what we show you, you tell us so and you are charged nothing at all. There is no obligation to approve anything, and no fee for walking away at that stage.
When you approve a design, the setup fee is charged to the card you saved, and we build the site. Your monthly does not begin until your site goes live — you are not billed a monthly fee for a site that doesn't exist yet. Sites normally go live within about two weeks of approval. Your billing date each month is then set by the day your site went live.
Listing-only plans have no website to design, so they begin — and are charged — as soon as you sign up.
Setup fee
The setup fee can be paid in full when you approve a design, or split over your first 12 months. If you split it, your first monthly payment — the plan fee plus that month's share of the setup — is charged on approval, and the same amount is charged monthly for 12 months. After the twelfth payment the setup is paid off and your monthly drops to the plan's base rate. If you cancel while the setup is still being paid off, the remaining setup balance becomes due — it paid for the site you own and keep.
Yearly plans and failed payments
Yearly plans are billed once a year with two months free, and are refunded pro-rata for whole unused months if cancelled mid-term. If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry. If it remains unpaid, we may pause the services until it clears.
Price changes
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of your plan. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
4. Cancelling
There is no minimum term. Cancel any time by emailing billing@beautiful-possibilities.com before your next renewal date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months.
- Your monitoring and reporting stay active until the end of that paid period — you don't lose what you've paid for.
- On request by email, we will give you a downloadable copy of your website so you can host it wherever you like.
- After the paid period ends, a "site down for maintenance" page is displayed at your web address until you point your domain's DNS somewhere else. Your domain, your content, and your site files remain yours throughout.
5. Your site is yours
You own your website from day one — never leased, never rented, never held hostage. Your domain name, your business content, your photos, and the site we build for you are all yours; if you leave, we hand it all back in a portable form and nothing goes dark. The general tools, frameworks, and reusable components we use across all of our clients stay ours, and you have a licence to keep using them as part of your site for as long as you like.
6. What we need from you
Timely approvals, accurate business information, the rights to any content and photos you give us, and access to your Google Business Profile where the listing plan requires it. If we can't get what we need, work may be delayed — fees still apply during that time.
7. What we don't promise
Nobody can promise a specific Google ranking, and we don't. We promise the work: a fast, maintained site, an optimised listing, and an honest monthly report showing where you stand.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the services is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages of third-party platforms (Google, hosting providers, payment processors) outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement for cause
Either of us may end this agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches it and doesn't fix it within 14 days of being asked in writing. We may also suspend or end the services if they are used for anything unlawful.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date, and email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. The version you agreed to at checkout governs your subscription until then.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and we both agree to that jurisdiction.
12. Contact
Billing, cancellations, and anything contractual: billing@beautiful-possibilities.com. A human reads every message.
